Josef Woodturner designs and manufactures handcrafted wooden products including, but not limited to:

  • Artisan wooden creations
  • Kitchen accessories
  • Handmade furniture
  • Wooden jewellery
  • Home décor
  • Gifts
  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized items

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations between individual items are natural and should not be considered defects. Each product is unique.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Approximately 99% of our products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

Production begins shortly after payment confirmation.

For this reason:

  • production times vary;
  • cancellation opportunities are limited;
  • personalized products may not be eligible for return under applicable consumer legislation.

Some seasonal products may occasionally be available from existing stock.

5. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs and prices are accurate.

However:

  • colours may vary depending on screen calibration;
  • wood grain, texture and natural markings vary from piece to piece;
  • handcrafted products may differ slightly from photographs;
  • dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Such variations are part of the character of handmade wooden products and shall not constitute manufacturing defects.

6. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping charges, customs duties and other applicable fees are calculated separately during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Your order becomes legally binding only after we send an Order Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • pricing errors;
  • suspected fraud;
  • unavailable materials;
  • production limitations;
  • force majeure events.

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal (when available)

We never receive or store your complete payment card information.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available worldwide.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • production schedules;
  • customs procedures;
  • carrier delays;
  • weather conditions;
  • public holidays;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Cancellations

Because our products are manufactured to order, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing an order.

If production has not yet started, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

11. Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

All content available on this website is the exclusive property of Josef Woodturner or its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

14. Discount Codes, Promotions & Gift Vouchers

From time to time we may offer:
